All payments for credits and packages on IdeaEvaluator are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy. By purchasing a pack, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of sale. Credits are non-refundable once used to execute an AI evaluation.
You retain all ownership rights to the ideas, pitch decks, and text you input into IdeaEvaluator. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your startup ideas. Our evaluation reports, including the AI-generated outputs delivered to you, are licensed for your full commercial and personal use. However, the IdeaEvaluator software, brand, and methodology remain the exclusive intellectual property of AdviseAI LLC.
The evaluations provided by IdeaEvaluator are AI-generated based on available inputs. They are intended for informational and strategic purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdviseAI LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses resulting from the use of our evaluation reports.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC).
